Abstract/Notes: El tema de este artículo no es tanto la admirable participación de Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky en la resistencia de la Viena de entre guerras y durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, como sus proyectos sociales de edificación. Proyectos los concebía como funcionales y orientados a dignificar el espacio, ya sea físico, intelectual o afectivo. Entre ellos se encuentran la construcción de viviendas sociales, lavanderías cocinas escolares, etc. En lo referentes a escuelas se siguió la visión pedagógica de Maria Montessori. [The laudable participation of Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky in the Austrian resistance during the Second World War is not subject of this article but her and her contribution to architecture. Her projects are meant to be functional and oriented to dignify space, ranging from designing social housing, laundries to cooking schools. However, her core work is focused on the construction of schools planned according to the pedagogic perspective of Maria Montessori.]

Abstract/Notes: Montessori utrzymywała, że miłość jest pojęciem niepoddającym się definiowaniu, niemniej traktowała je jako centralne dla życia i kształcenia, stąd wiele pisała o jego naturze. prowadzone przez badaczkę studia sprzyjały odnalezieniu źródła miłości, jakim jest dziecko. dlatego system dydaktyczny, jaki opracowała, jest ześrodkowany na dziecku. uczucia i emocje to rodzaj zdolności dokonywania ref leksji, element szerszego systemu przetwarzania informa-cji. przypisywanie wartości emocjonalnej określonym wydarzeniom jest swoistym procesem tworzenia znaczeń. do celów badawczych pozyskano wiedzę pozwalająca rozstrzygnąć, jaki jest profil 24 uczuć dla doświadczeń szkolnych oraz życiowych absolwentów klas Montessori ujętych w postaci wartościowań. ustalono, czy doświadczenia szkolne, podobnie jak ogólne i idealne, mają dla badanych pozytywną, negatywna czy ambiwalentną wartość.

Abstract/Notes: Artykuł prezentuje wyniki badań kwestionariuszowych dotyczących wartości preferowanych przez nauczycieli w szkołach pracujących w systemie tradycyjnym oraz al-ternatywnym – Marii Montessori. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w 2017 roku na terenie województw lubelskiego, mazowieckiego oraz kujawsko-pomorskiego. Zastosowano kwestio-nariusz PVQ-RR Shaloma Schwartza w polskiej adaptacji Jana Cieciucha. Ogółem przebadano 102 osoby (51 nauczycieli montessoriańskich, 51 tradycyjnych) i zakwalifikowano ich wyniki do ostatecznej analizy. Celem badań było określenie wartości, które są cenione zarówno przez nauczycieli montessoriańskich (grupa badawcza), jak i nauczycieli pracujących w systemie tradycyjnym (grupa porównawcza), a także zbadanie, czy istnieją różnice w zakresie prefe-rowanych wartości między tymi dwiema grupami. / The article presents the results of questionnaire concerned values preferred by teachers working in schools on the basis of traditional and alternative systems - Maria Montessori. The research was conducted in 2017 in the Lublin, Mazovian and Kuyavian-Pomeranian provinces. The S. Schwartz PVQ-RR questionnaire was used in the Polish adaptation of Jan Cieciuch. Overall, the research group of 102 respondents were qualified for the final analysis (Montessori teachers = 51, traditional = 51). In the research undertaken, the aim was to identify values that are valid both by Montessori teachers (research group) and teachers working in the traditional system (comparative group). The collected data presents whether there are differences in the preferred values between the both groups.

Abstract/Notes: An innovative trend in pedagogy, known as "new education", which appeared in many European countries in the first half of the 20th century, aimed at the renewal of the school, learning conditions and the learning process, assigned a new role to the teacher, and emphasized a new approach to the child. One of the many representatives of the "new upbringing" was Maria Montessori (1870–1952), an Italian doctor and educator. The knowledge of M. Montessori's pedagogical theory in Poland was facilitated by her book publications and the pedagogical and psychological literature of Polish educators, which referred to the concept of Montessori education. The aim of the article is to present the reception of M. Montessori's pedagogical theory in preschool education in the years 1918–1939.
