Abstract/Notes: 目的 探讨蒙台梭利语言教育法在老年轻度认知障碍患者言语训练中的应用效果.方法 选取2018年8月~2019年3月某老年公寓轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者50例,用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各25例.试验组采用蒙台梭利语言教育法进行干预,对照组采用常规言语训练方式.干预前和干预12周后采用一般资料调查表、简易智能状态检查量表、蒙特利尔认知评估量表、汉语标准失语症检查量表进行干预效果评价.结果 干预试验组的认知功能、言语功能中的复述、说、阅读能力均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),听、抄写、描写、听写、计算能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 对于MCI老年人,蒙台梭利语言教育法是一项有效的非药物言语干预模式,能够鼓励老年人表达自己的需求,增强交流能力,延缓机体退化,调节心理和行为变化,改善生活质量.

Abstract/Notes: Objective To explore the application effect of Montessori teaching method on cognitive training of children with cerebral palsy (CP) .Methods A total of 116 children with CP aged 30 - 36 months old who were admitted to the department of children healthcare and rehabilitation in Xianyang Caihong Hospital during July 2013 to July 2016 were selected and divided into two groups randomly .The children in control group (n = 57) were given conventional cognitive teaching ,while the children in intervention group (n = 59) adopted the Montessori teaching method to carry out cognitive teaching .The teaching lasted for 12 months ,and each assessment was conducted ,recorded and analyzed statistically at the 6th ,9th ,and 12th month respectively .Results After training for 9 and 12 months ,the completion rate of the children in color matching test in the intervention group was better than that in the control group (χ2 value was 5 .098 and 5 .954 ,respectively ,both P < 0 .05) .After training for 6 months ,in 4 items such as color matching ,item matching ,color expression ,and shape expression ,the speed of children in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group (t value was 2 .041 ,3 .037 ,2 .155 and 2 .468 ,respectively ,all P < 0 .05) .After training for 9 months ,the matching speed and expression attention speed of 3 dimensions including color ,shape and item of children in the intervention group were all higher than those in the control group (t value was 2 .856 ,3 .454 ,5 .509 ,5 .837 ,8 .424 and 4 .923 , respectively ,all P < 0 .05) .After training for 12 months ,the matching speed and expression attention speed of the 3 dimensions including color ,shape and item of children in the intervention group were all higher than those in the control group (t value was 2 .888 ,3 .273 ,6 .672 ,6 .672 ,3 .567 and 4 .290 ,respectively ,all P < 0 .05) .For the errors number in the color matching test after training for 9 and 12 months ,and the errors number in the color expression test after training for 12 month ,the children in the intervention group were less than those in the control group (t value was 2 .713 ,2 .846 and 2 .467 ,respectively ,all P < 0 .05) . Conclusion The Montessori teaching method can promote the cognitive development of children with CP .

Abstract/Notes: 目的 对中型养老机构中老年轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者采用蒙台梭利感官教育法后的整体效果进行研究.方法 该研究于2019年4—10月在菏泽市牡丹区枫叶正红老年养护服务中心中筛选的50例年龄阶段在60~85岁之间的MCI老年人按照数字法分为两组,每组25例;分别给予两组老年患者实施常规护理(对照组)和蒙台梭利感官训练计划(实验组),对比分析蒙台梭利感官教育法在中型养老机构老年轻度认知障碍患者中的应用研究.结果 根据护理后指标:实验组患者(蒙台梭利感官教育法)不良事件发生率(8.70%)相较于对照组患者(常规护理)(33.33%)较低,且实验组患者的认知功能(26.44±2.22)分、社会功能(85.44±2.58)分、日常生活能力(25.38±2.43)分相较于对照组患者的认知功能(20.12±1.87)分、社会功能(76.21±2.02)分、日常生活能力(21.02±1.58)分评分较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 蒙台梭利感官教育法应用效果显著,不仅可以改善老年轻度认知障碍患者的认知功能和社会功能,提高日常生活能力;同时还可以整体降低不良事件发生情况. [Objective To study the overall effect of Montessori sensory education for middle-aged and elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in a medium-sized nursing home. Methods The study was conducted in Mudan District, Heze City from April to October 2019. The 50 elderly patients with MCI between the ages of 60 and 85 screened in the Maple Leaf Zhenghong Elderly Care Service Center were divided into two groups according to the numerical method, with 25 cases in each group; the two groups of elderly patients were given routine care (control group). ) and Montessori sensory training program (experimental group), to compare and analyze the application of Montessori sensory education method in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment in medium-sized elderly care institutions. Abstract/Notes: Objective To observe the effects of Montessori preschool education on the intelligence and auditory development of hearing-impaired children aged 2-3 years. Methods A total of 14 hearing-impaired children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 7 children in each. The experimental group received the routine auditory,speech rehabilitation and Montessori preschool curriculum for 12 months.By contrast, the control group only received routine auditory and speech rehabilitation training. The intelligence and auditory abilities of the children were evaluated with the Griffith Mental Development Scales (GMDS) and Infant-Toddler Meaningful Auditory Integration Scale (IT-MAIS) respectively before and after the experiment. Results (1)There was no significant difference in the development quotient(DQ) of GMDS between the two groups before the experiment(t=-0.172,P>0.05), but the DQ of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group after the experiment(t=2.067,P<0.05). (2) There was no significant difference in the auditory scores between the two groups before the experiment(t=-0.273,P>0.05), but the auditory scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the experiment(t=6.041,P<0.05).(3)The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the phonation (P<0.05) and comprehension abilities (P<0.05), but the two groups had no significant difference in the sound detection ability(P>0.05). Conclusion Montessori preschool education is one of the effective rehabilitation approaches, and can facilitate the intelligence and auditory development of hearing-impaired children.
