Abstract/Notes: The developing human being creates a narrative capacity at each stage of development. Elise Huneke-Stone highlights the role of the human tendencies and the fundamental characteristics of childhood and adolescence for self-construction, as she explores the ways in which an increasingly digital environment affects this process. She reminds us that children become what they experience, and offering developmentally appropriate experiences in the digital world - at the right time - helps those children and adolescents adapt to their culture and tell their own story.

Abstract/Notes: This article reflects on the concept of cosmic education set out by Maria Montessori in strict correlation to those of cosmic vision and cosmic plan. Cosmic education is considered here as a fundamental direction within the original core of the thought of Maria Montessori since the early twentieth century. Among the different orders of consideration that support the actuality of cosmic education, two are the object of analysis. The first concerns the content plan that aims to create interactions with the various disciplinary fields (scientific, historical and geographical education, etc.) as a unitary vision and development of knowledge. The second concerns the existential level: it embraces and summarizes the concepts of “ecological education”, “education for peace”, and “education for the world” in themselves to the point of recalling implications of ethical and aesthetic education.

Abstract/Notes: Sumber Daya Manusia yang tepat  sangat dibutuhkan sekarang ini salah satunya Posisi Human Resources development, dimana jabatan ini dapat membantu Organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja yang juga dibutuhkan oleh banyak organisasi khususnya Pre School, Happy Holy Kids sebagai salah satu Lembaga Pendidikan Juga membutuhkan Posisi jabatan Human Resources Development dimana posisi ini dapat mengahasilkan sumber daya manusia yang tepat  akan tetapi masih banyak Posisi jabatan Human Resources Development  yang belum memiliki analisa jabatan sehingga  mengakibatkan over lapping pekerjaan sehingga harus dilakukan analisa jabatan pada Posisi Human Resources Development di Pre school Happy Holy Kids. Metode yang dipakai dalam melakukan analisa jabatan adalah Observasi dan wawancara. Dari Hasil Analisa Jabatan didapatkan Job deskription dan Job Spesification yang dihasilkan untuk Posisi jabatan Human Resources Development di Pre School Happy Holy Kids yang akan dipakai sebagai panduan dalam melaksanakan Tugas dan tanggung jawab pemangku jabatan.
