Abstract/Notes: This academic article reflects the thoughts from attending the workshop, promotion of learning management based on the Montessori concept uses writing from real experience in the practice as an observer from the early childhood classroom and first-class classrooms that provides teaching with the Montessori concept. The results reflected the ideas from direct experiences from the workshop participants, showing that the atmosphere in the classroom arrangement was bulging good ventilation, beautiful colors, work, interior colors feel cool and comfortable. The room has a fan enough light shelf arrangement separated into media; beautiful, durable, beautiful colors arranged from top to bottom. Characters are clearly visible and durable. Teachers interact with children in order to allow children to concentrate on themselves. The role of the teacher is to be a mentor to guide the children towards achieving their goals. The students and the students’ joint activities to achieve common goals. The result of the observation made the children absorb the threefold principle, namely, the child had precepts indicating that the collection of things was organized, neat, not separating the workpiece, compassionate to help friends, concentration and mindfulness having determination to complete the work. Intellectually, children are knowledgeable, ppossessing the ability to think step by step, distinguish work pieces assemble words and be able to solve problems easily by yourself.

Abstract/Notes: Learning media are learning aids that can be physical or non-physical to convey messages from teachers to students. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the use and process of product development in the form of Montessori-based learning media in science learning for fifth grade students. The research is a development research (R & D) with the Sugiyono development procedure. Based on the result of product validation, it received an “appropriate” assessment with a score of 3,6 from material experts. While media experts rated “strongly agree” with a score of 4,5. Based on result of product trials, it is known that average pretest value is 52,64 and posttest is 76,66 so that it has increased. Product assessment by students through questionnaires gets a score of 3,98 or when views in the classification table, namely “agree”. Based on the use trial, the average pretest value was 36,8 and posttest was 72,2 so thatit experienced an increase. Product assessment by students through questionnaires gets an average score of 4,3 or if seen in the table, it is “Strongly agree”. This shows that the learning media based on the Montessori method development can be said to be feasible to use.

Abstract/Notes: Easy Montessori Manager is dedicated to all the schools in Malaysia which are using the Montessori approach. It resembles an online management system but specifically designed for Montessori preschools and inclusive of Montessori Methods and for teachers' guidelines and assessments. A preliminary study was conducted to investigate the need of an online Montessori module by doing a survey. The survey is conducted by using questionnaires which are distributed to four Montessori schools in Selangor. From the result of the study, a prototype of the actual system is developed in order to get a general idea on how the system should look like. Afterward, the prototype is then evaluated by a Montessori principal to get her opinion on a good Montessori management system.

Abstract/Notes: Introduction. The application of teaching methodologies and styles according to the age and interests of the schoolchildren offers the opportunity to encourage their cognitive, motor, language, and socio-affective progress. In initial education minors, promoting their development from the context of Physical Education in online mode continues to be a great challenge. Target. Reflect on the importance of the applicability of the Montessori Methodology in the online Physical Education class at the initial level. Methodology. A descriptive, non-experimental methodology was used, with the use of theoretical and empirical methods. The population was made up of the entire existing universe, made up of students from 3 to 5 years old, parents and teachers of Basic General Education of the Guayaquil Educational Unit. Results.1 The importance of the applicability of the Montessori Methodology is systematized at the initial level for the development of Physical Education classes in online mode. 2. It became evident that there are difficulties for the development of Physical Education classes through the online modality, among other aspects because not all teachers master the methodology and adequate forms of teaching in this modality and, on the other hand, because the students who integrating this level manifest demotivation, fear of carrying out activities in online mode, as well as difficulties with connectivity and access to technology for which they require family support. 3. It is necessary to train teachers and parents on the use of the Montessori methodology. Conclusions. The Montessori Methodology is essential for the development of Physical Education classes in online mode, it allows reducing the existing gaps between the level of competencies of teachers and parents and at the same time stimulates the participation of students in the classes.

Abstract/Notes: The Montessori Bibliography Online (MBO) makes information about Montessori education and the Montessori movement more accessible through an online interface that includes links to digitized source materials. Historically, Montessori bibliographies and indexes have been published in physical form and include references to other sources, but a direct link is absent. This database builds on previously compiled indexes to consolidate citations into a comprehensive repository with an intuitive user interface and a robust search capability. Additionally, the MBO provides hyperlinks to digitized source material. Although this type of tool is not unprecedented in the larger research and educational landscape, it is novel within the domain of Montessori education. This methodological essay discusses the steps I took to compile and develop the MBO. Beginning with a review of the literature and legal matters, the discussion describes the methods and processes employed. It concludes by outlining future directions for the MBO. Abstract/Notes: This paper focuses on the application of knowledge based systems for child performance analysis in an online Montessori module. Using knowledge based techniques, the system generates an automatic analysis based on the teacher's answers to a variety of questions about a child's performance of a specific Montessori activity. The questions were created through a study of the criteria used to assess the level of a child's performance and achievement. This prototype is designed as a proof-of-concept, to show how the knowledge base technique could be applied. To design the prototype, we conducted literature reviews on the delivery of Montessori methods and the knowledge base technique, and compared rule -based and case -based reasoning. We selected rule-based reasoning for the concept prototype since it is suitable for Montessori activities which are well defined and easy to acquire.
