Abstract/Notes: Mrs. Howard Gould is in Peking for the purpose of establishing a school for Chinese girls in which the Montessori method will be used. Mrs. Gould recently had an interview with the minister of education, and is cooperating with a number of missionaries in educational work. She will finance the new school, which will serve as a model for Chinese teachers.
