Abstract/Notes: Noted Children's Educator Speaks at Temple Israel - Dr. Maria Montessori addressed the members of the Woman's Auxiliary of Temple Israel, California and Webster streets, last evening. Dr. Montessori is one of the 'six most renowned women in the world' who have been officially invited to attend the Exposition. Dr. Montessori is the originator of the Montessori system of education for the child. A musical programme was given, including a baritone solo by John Francis Jones and a soprano solo by Miss Helen C. Heath. Miss Health and Jones also sang a duet. The organ prelude was played by Archille Artigues. After the programme dancing was enjoyed. Mrs. A. Leving, the president of the auxiliary, presided.
