Abstract/Notes: Specifically see page 539: "Estimate of $1003. from General Superintendent [H. H.] Barter on cost of proposed Montessori School building, same having been cut down as close as possible. Mr. Davis stated that it had been suggested that a part of the sessions be held down town; the [Executive] Committee did not feel that they could expend this amount, owing to the fact that free admissions were given, and there was no prospect of anything additional at the gates, so Mr. Davis was asked to recommend that all their sessions be held down town."
