Abstract/Notes: "Dr. Maria Montessori, noted Italian educator, gave the first of her demonstration classes at the Pasadena Montessori School on Saturday. The school is conducted by Miss Mildred Johnston at No. 109 Ford place, and is said to be one of the finest Montessori schools in the country. Twenty-five students from all parts of the United States, who are taking the three months' Montessori training course, accompanied Dr. Montessori to the school. One lesson will be given at the Pasadena school each week and two other lessons will be given in the Los Angeles school."
