Abstract/Notes: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjadi salah satu kajian tentang tantangan masyarakat urban di Kota Manado dalam merencanakan dan mengelola lingkungan belajar bagi Anak Usia Dini disaat mereka menghadapi berbagai resiko karena adanya pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa dalam kajian biblika Ulangan 6: 4-9 terdapat beberapa karakteristik lingkungan belajar untuk anak, yaitu lingkungan belajar yang bersifat parental participation, verbal-visual combination, multi-location, dan style variation. Ditemui pula tantangan-tantangan dalam lingkungan belajar pendidikan anak usia dini, yaitu tantangan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh karena adanya covid-19, pelaksanaan kelas online yang menimbulkan ketidaksetaraan dalam pelaksanaannya, keterbatasan penilaian guru dari video dan foto, dan tantangan metode online dan off-line.

Abstract/Notes: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini memiliki tantangannya sendiri dalam mengelola dan memenejerial Lembaga Pendidikan. Kompleksitas yanga dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam memimpin Lembaga Pendidikan PAUD agar semua unsur dalam lembaga dapat bersama-sama secara aktif dan optimal dalam mencapai tujuan, maka diperlukan kecakapan sebagai pemimpin dan sekaligus manajerial. Pada  penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kepustakanan. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan argument bahwa gaya kepemimpin kepala sekolah yang transformasional akan lebih baik dalam mempengaruhi, menggerakkan, memotivasi semua unsur dalam lembaga pendidikan, sehingga tujuan dan visi dari lembaga pendidikan PAUD tercapai. Pendekatan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah PAUD yang transformasional dapat  secara bersama  serta komponen-kompon  sekolah menjadi Tim yang saling mendukung.   The leadership of the Head of the School of Early childhood Education has its own challenges in managing and memenejerial Educational Institutions. The complexity of yanga faced the head of school in leading Educational Institutions of early childhood education so that all elements in the institution can be together actively and optimal in achieving the goals, then the necessary skills as a leader and at the same time managerial. In this study, using methods of analysis kepustakanan. The results of this study provide the argument that the style of leadership the head of the school of transformational would be better in affect, move, motivate all the elements in the educational institutions, so that the goals and vision of the institution of early childhood education achieved. The approach of the leadership style of the head of the school of early childhood education transformational can be shared as well as the components of the school to be the Team that support each other.

Abstract/Notes: Curriculum management is a form of curriculum management in education to develop intelligence. Islamic Montessori-based curriculum management differs from curriculum management in general. The purpose of this study was to describe the curriculum of Budi Mulia Dua Sedayu Kindergarten in Yogyakarta and to describe the involvement of teachers, parents, school committees, and the surrounding community. The research uses an approach with a case study research design. The research subjects as data sources are : principals, teachers, parents, school educators, and the surrounding community. Data collection methods are : observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, the research uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study can be seen that an Islamic Montessori Curriculum management that starts from planning to evaluation. Planning that is adapted to the vision and mission of creating children who have good morals in this world and the hereafter. Organizing by developing indicators according to established themes. Implementation, and achievement of indicators with the Montessori method with an Islamic approach. Evaluations are carried out routinely every day and are held at monthly and annual meetings. The involvement of teachers, parents, school committees and the community looks good and has their respective roles. Manajemen kurikulum merupakan bentuk pengelolaan kurikulum dalam pendidikan untuk mengembangkan intelegensi. Manajemen kurikulum berbasis Islamic Montessori memiliki perbedaan dengan manajemen kurikulum sekolah secara umum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan manajemen kurikulum lembaga Taman Kanak-Kanak Budi Mulia Dua Sedayu Yogyakarta dan untuk menggambarkan keterlibatan guru, orang tua, komite sekolah, dan masyarakat sekitar.  Penelitian mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Subyek penelitian sebagai sumber data adalah : kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua, tenaga pendidik sekolah dan masyarakat sekitar. Metode pengumpulan data adalah : observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selain itu penelitian menggunakan tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, data penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teknik sumber dan triangulasi metode.  Hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa Taman Kanak-Kanak Budi Mulia Dua Sedayu memiliki manajamen Kurikulum Islamic Montessori yang baik dimulai dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi. Perencanaan disesuaikan dengan visi dan misi yaitu menciptakan anak yang memiliki akhlak baik di dunia dan akhirat. Pengorganisasian dengan mengembangkan indikator sesuai tema yang ditetapkan. Pelaksanaan, mencapai indikator dengan metode Montessori dengan pendekatan Islamic. Evaluasi yang dilakukan rutin setiap hari dan dirapatkan pada rapat bulanan dan tahunan. Keterlibatan guru, orangtua, komite sekolah dan masyarakat terlihat baik dan mempunyai peran masing-masing.

Abstract/Notes: The objective of this study is to discuss some methods that can be helpful for the development of Montessori as well as the Kindergarten Approach to Education. Our research work is based on an unstructured questionnaire and observation method. To imply adequate qualitative and quantitative data, we searched the goals and objectives of Kindergarten and Montessori education policy from local concerned institutions of West Bengal in India. Our field study was conducted on some villages of Midnapore and South 24 Parganas District of Bengal. Early childhood is a stage that requires an overall holistic development model. These two approaches deal with that, but there are some methods related to language and communication that can easily develop the quality of the approaches above. It is shown with projected lesson plans and timetable management. This study explores and discusses such methods and points out how these methods can bring changes to those approaches. This paper also inputs the Indian state education policy about it.
