Abstract/Notes: The purpose of this study is to find out the implications for the characteristics of inclusive education in Montessori Elementary Schools in Germany, affecting Korea's inclusive education. The research method was based on the data and information, collected by visiting the Montessori Schools in Germany, along with literature reviews, which is inclusive of data search on the Internet. Two major implications of this study are as follows: First, the most important and basic community spirit and the will to practice of Montessori Elementary Schools are thoroughly imprinted in school authorities, school members, and educational programs in integration education. Second, To realize the essential meaning of inclusive education, the proportion of students with disabilities in each school and class plays an important role. This means that students with disabilities should account for a certain percentage, not the proportion of very small number of students, regardless of schools or classes so as to prevent the isolation or stigma of students with disabilities. This is more effective than any other way in terms of the educational support of teachers.

[This article deals with Montessori’s scientific pedagogy and how his researches and the creation of houses for children become official, as well as how discourses and medical, biological, anthropological and psychological practices are installed in the pedagogy field in modern schools. Influenced by the theories of Lombroso and Darwin, he considered that human beings were no more than a cell composed by a protoplasm and nucleus the size of a tenth of a millimeter, from where individuals who are very different from each other come from. This is why, in order to understand and carry out the practical researches of anthropology with pedagogical purposes, enough notions of biology are required, as well as the collaboration of other disciplines that work side by side with pedagogy. Thus the importance to show and question the effects of these discourses and practices regarding the conception of an active pedagogy, far from the concern for the child’s education in terms of his relationship with himself, knowledge and the world, pedagogical statements that lose validity in the operation of the school proposed by Montessori. For such purpose, some concepts from Foucault are taken as reference (population, policies, normalization, knowledge practices) in the perspective of the notion of bio-politics.]

Abstract/Notes: Az iskolai tanulás eredményességét nemcsak a kognitív képességek, hanem az egyén motivációs háttere is meghatározza. Az intrinzik, a belső motiváció a megismerő tevékenység egyik energiaforrása, s feltétele a tartós, perspektivikus tanulási magatartás kialakulásának. A szerző azokat a tényezőket tárja fel, melyek előnyösen befolyásolják a tanulók intrinzik motivációjának fenntartását, s bemutatja ennek gyakorlati megvalósulását a Montessori-szemléletű nevelési-oktatási rendszerben. [The effectiveness of school learning is determined not only by cognitive abilities but also by the motivational background of the individual. Intrinsic, intrinsic motivation is one of the energy sources of cognitive activity and a condition for the development of lasting, perspective learning behavior. The author explores the factors that have a beneficial effect on maintaining the intrinsic motivation of students and presents its practical implementation in the Montessori-based education system.]
