Abstract/Notes: The Montesori education is for becoming normalization of child by forming the development concentration on the works by use the materials oneself who is the child to be educated in the prepared environment which is provided by the directress, the persons who make the environment for this purpose. The value of Montessori education could highly be approaised as the expectable seeking form of education which offers the selective opportunity by oneself as an esteemed independent individual. Furthermore, it could offer the development of independency to the child who is at the sensitive period with good absorbability from the surrounding environment as well as offer the responsibility of one`s own study for promotion of future study possibility and various experience. For this purpose, the prepared environmet is the precondition of education. Accordingly, for the application of this education at the educational places in our country, the following should be considered and the subjects of the way of education. 1. The real understanding and appraisal should be preceded based on full theorical examination on the Montessori education. 2. The education must be conducted by the instructors who have the license, issued by the International Montessori Association(AMI, AMS)and the specialized training institute for the Montessori instructors training should be established. 3. The adequate materials of Montessori for suitability for physical development which is acknowledged by the AMI, AMS should be manufactured and supplied for respective child. 4. The installation and furnishing fund must be presented in detail on the Montessori educational institute.

Abstract/Notes: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of young children's team centered problem-based learning strategies(team centered PBL) on the self-efficacy and academic interests in young children's mathematics. For these purposes, the data were collected by questionnaire from 27 young children living in S-city. They were respectively assigned to experimental group and comparative group. The experimental group was trained four weeks with the 12th sessions through the team centered PBL. Before administrating the experimental procedure, both groups took the pretest for measuring their self-efficacy and academic interests. After the experimental sessions, they also took the posttests to measure both of them. The major results of this study were as follows: First, the experimental group trained through the team centered PBL strategies has got higher scores on the self-efficacy questionnaire than the comparative group. Second, the former which got higher scores on the self-efficacy also gained more scores on academic interests test than the latter. In light of these results, it suggests that young children's self-efficacy in the kindergarten could be acquired through team centered PBL strategies. / 본 연구의 목적은 유아 수학에 대한 모둠별 문제중심 학습전략이 유아의 자기효능감과 학습흥미에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 밝혀내는 것이다. 이를 수행하기 위해 경기도 S시 소재의 H유치원만 5세반 실험집단 14명에게 4주 동안 총 12차시에 걸쳐 유아 수학 관련 모둠별 문제중심 학습전략을 실시하였다. 모둠별 문제중심 학습전략이 종료된 후에 유아 수학 관련 자기효능감검사와 학습흥미검사의 결과를 비교집단 13명의 결과와 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 주요 결과로는 첫째, 모둠별 문제중심 학습전략을 받은 실험집단이 그렇지 않은 비교집단보다 유아 수학에 대한 자기효능감 점수가 유의미하게 높았다. 둘째, 모둠별 문제중심 학습전략으로 자기효능감이 높아진 실험집단이 그렇지 않은 비교집단보다 유아 수학에 대한 학습흥미에서도 유의미하게 높았다. 이 같은 연구결과는 수업시간에 유아들에게 수학 관련 모둠별 문제중심 학습전략이 제공될 경우, 유아들의 수학 관련 자기효능감과 학습흥미가 향상될 수 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 유아들의 수학 관련 자기효능감과 학습흥미 향상을 위해 모둠별 문제중심 학습전략을 적용해 볼 필요성이 있을 것이다.

Abstract/Notes: The purpose of this study was to figure out the degree of children` perception of time by observing and analyzing how they use and perceive the term of time, time order and sequence. The subjects of this study were 4-year-old children at a day care center at Sung Nam City and they were observed when they played with and interacted together in their free play time. Also, the young children were interviewed with the 11 set questionnaires which is based on the study developed by Seefeldt(2005) and Melendez, Beck, & Fletcher.(2000), and the contents were analysed. The results of the study were that 4-year-old children could use and perception the term time. In addition, they could perceive time order like past-presence-future and the fact that our routine would be circulated and sequenced. / 본 연구는 4세 유아들의 시간 이해 정도를 알아보고자하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 유아들의 시간에 관한 용어의 사용을 통한 시간 이해를 분석하고 시간의 순서, 연속에 대해 관찰 분석하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 성남시의 어린이집에 다니는 4세 유아들의 자유놀이 시간 그들의 상호작용을 관찰하였으며, Seefeldt(2005), Melendez, Beck, & Fletcher(2000)의 연구에 기초하여 본연구자가 설정한 11가지 질문 내용을 중심으로 유아들을 면접하여 그 내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과 4세 유아들은 시간에 관한 용어를 사용하고 있었으며, 그 용어에 대한 이해를 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 유아들은 일시적으로 일어나는 과거 현재 미래에 대한 사건의 순서를 판단하고 있었으며, 매일의 사건이 순환하며 연속된다는 사실을 알고 있음을 알 수 있었다.
