Abstract/Notes: Bu araştırma, Montessori yaklaşım temelli STEM etkinliklerinin okul öncesi öğretmen adaylarının; problem çözme, eleştirel düşünme eğilimi ve yaratıcılık becerilerinin gelişimi üzerine etkisinin olup olmadığını tespit etmek sağlamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada karma yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırma örneklemini 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Eğitim Fakültesi Okul Öncesi Öğretmenliği Bölümünde öğrenim gören 50 öğretmen adayı oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada öğretmen adaylarının problem çözme, eleştirel düşünme eğilimleri ve yaratıcılık becerilerindeki değişimi belirlemek amacıyla tek gruplu öntest sontest deseni oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma süresince elde edilen nicel verilerin analizi istatistiksel yöntemler ile nitel verilerin analizi ise içerik analizi ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nicel verilerin elde edilmesinde "Problem Çözme, Eleştirel Düşünme Eğilimi ve Ne Kadar Yaratıcısınız?" ölçekleri ile "Yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat formu" kullanılmıştır. Nicel verileri destekleyici nitelikteki araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan nitel veriler açık uçlu yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formundan oluşmaktadır. 14 hafta boyunca adaylara Montessori yaklaşım temelli STEM eğitimleri verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgularda; problem çözme, yaratıcılık ve eleştirel düşünme eğilimlerinin öntest ve sontest puanları arasında, anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu ve öğretmen adaylarının üst düzey düşünme becerilerinin olumlu yönde gelişim gösterdikleri ifadeleriyle de tespit edilmiştir. / This research aims to determine whether STEM practises- Montessori- based Approach have any effects of pre-school trainee teachers on problem solving, critical thinking tendency and creativity abilities to provide development. Mixed method has been used in this research. This study has been carried out fifty trainee teachers studying Pre-school Teaching in Education Faculty during 2071-2018 academic year. To detect the alteration of problem solving, critical thinking tendency and creativity abilities of the teacher trainees, one group pretest posttest experimental desing has been formed in this study. During the research, the analyzing of the quantitative data having been acquired has been carried out by means of statistical methods. In addition, the analyzing of teh qualitative data has been carried out with content analysis. In this study, to get data "Problem Solving, Critical Thinking Tendency, How Creative Are You?" scales and semi-structured interview form has been used. The qualitative data prepared by a research having a wuality supporting the quantitative data has been occured open-ended semi-structured interview form. STEM trainings Montessori based Approach have been given during fourteen weeks. It has been identified that there is a meaningful difference between problem solving, creativeness, critical thinking trends abilities' pretest and posttest points and teacher trainees' high level thinking skills have improved positively in the findings obtained at the end of the research.

Abstract/Notes: The goal of this thesis is to describe teachers' communication with toddlers and pre- schoolers from mono- and bilingual families in Montessori schools or schools inspired by the Montessori method. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical and contains chapters on children's communication and communication with children, its forms and specific aspects; language and language acquisition, bilingualism, the founder of Montessori education, the Montessori education per se and communication with children according to its principles. The second part is practical and presents an analysis of the pragmatic component of teachers' communication with children through audio recordings or hand-written notes taken during participant observation. It focuses on the characteristics and specific features of teachers' communication with children in Montessori pre- schools. It includes the description of communication environment which complements the teachers' communication with children. It also contains semi-structured interviews with teachers and photographs in the attachment. / Cílem této diplomové práce je charakterizovat komunikaci učitelek s dětmi batolecího a předškolního věku z mono- i z bilingvních rodin, v zařízeních typu Montessori nebo v zařízeních touto pedagogikou inspirovaných. Diplomová práce je tvořena dvěma částmi - první, teoretickou část, představují kapitoly o komunikaci dětí a s dětmi, jejích formách a specificích, o jazyku a jeho osvojování, o bilingvismu, o zakladatelce pedagogiky Montessori a jejích metodách a o komunikaci s dětmi v tomto výchovném směru. Druhá, praktická část, prezentuje analýzu pragmatické složky komunikace učitelek s dětmi, skrze audio nahrávky či písemné záznamy komunikace ze zúčastněného pozorování. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiku a specifické rysy komunikace učitelek s dětmi v Montessori zařízeních předškolního typu. Věnuje se také popisu komunikačního prostředí, který doplňuje komunikaci učitelek s dětmi, stejně tak jako polostrukturované rozhovory s učitelkami a fotografie, jež uvádíme v příloze.
