Abstract/Notes: This research paper addresses the theme "Montessori Method: contributions to Early Childhood Education". This research sought to answer the research problem "How does the use of the Montessori Method contribute to the learning process of early childhood education children aged 4 to 5 years?" The research described was of an applied nature, qualitative in terms of approach, exploratory in relation to its objectives, in the field modality and developed through the Case Study methodology (GIL, 2008). For data collection, semi-structured interviews were applied to teachers and principals of two early childhood education schools. The data collected through these interviews were analyzed through discursive textual analysis (MORAES, 2003) and based on theoretical contributions, including Montessori (1965), Piaget (1978) and Vygotsky (2001). Data analysis allowed identifying the following study blocks: "The Montessori Method and learning in Early Childhood Education, the Montessori Method and its role in building the freedom and autonomy of the child" and" The training of Montessoian teachers and their performance in the pandemic". The study allowed us to elaborate some knowledge to provide answers to the research problem and my questions. These constructed knowledge scans that the teachers and the principals shared their look at how the Montessori Method contributes to the child of Early Childhood Education beginning to build their independence, freedom and autonomy. I highlight the importance of their participation in deepening the research, through the reports of their practices with the application of the method in focus. The theoretical deepening also contributed to the understanding of the study contributing to my teacher education in this area that delights me a lot. / A presente pesquisa aborda o tema "Método Montessori: contribuições para a Educação Infantil". A referida investigação buscou resposta ao problema de pesquisa "De que forma o emprego do Método Montessori contribui no processo de aprendizagem das crianças da Educação Infantil na faixa etária de 4 a 5 anos?" A investigação descrita, de natureza aplicada, qualitativa quanto à abordagem, exploratória em relação aos seus objetivos, na modalidade de campo, foi desenvolvida através da metodologia de Estudo de Caso (GIL, 2008). Para a coleta os dados foram aplicadas entrevistas semiestruturadas a professoras e diretoras de duas escolas de Educação Infantil que empregam o Método Montessori em sua proposta pedagógica. Os dados coletados através das referidas entrevistas foram analisados por meio da técnica de análise textual discursiva (MORAES, 2003) e fundamentados em aportes teóricos entre os quais destaco Montessori (1965), Piaget (1978) e Vygotsky (2001). A análise dos dados permitiu identificar os seguintes blocos de estudo "O Método Montessori e a aprendizagem na Educação Infantil, O Método Montessori e seu papel na construção da liberdade e da autonomia da criança e a formação de professores montessorianos e sua atuação na pandemia". O estudo realizado permitiu elaborar alguns conhecimentos para dar respostas ao problema de pesquisa e às minhas indagações. A análise dos dados coletados e a experiência das participantes da pesquisa proporcionaram a compreensão de como o Método Montessori contribui para que a criança da Educação Infantil comece a construir sua independência, liberdade e autonomia. Ainda, foi possível fazer um aprofundamento teórico sobre o Método em foco e analisar como ocorre a prática pedagógica montessoriana neste momento de pandemia, contribuindo para minha formação docente nesta área que muito me encanta.

Abstract/Notes: The present research is based on Montessori pedagogical methodology. Created by Maria Montessori, this is a set of theories, practices and didactic materials. According to Montessori, the most important fact is not the material or the practice, but the possibility of developing the child's abilities from the evolution of each. From this, the proposal is the development of a children's furniture - a bed - from the study proposed by Montessori, considering characteristics of child development, children's furniture and ergonomics. The projects a product that contributes to the child developing in its ‘natural time’ with freedom and autonomy. / A presente pesquisa tem base na metodologia pedagógica montessoiana. Criada por Maria Montessori, trata-se de um conjunto de teorias, práticas e materiais didáticos. De acordo com Montessori, o fato mais importante não é o material ou a prática, mas a possibilidade do desenvolvimento das habilidades da criança a partir da evolução de cada um. A partir disso, a proposta é o desenvolvimento de um mobiliário infantil – uma cama – a partir do estudo proposto por Montessori, considerando características do desenvolvimento infantil, mobiliário infantil e ergonomia. O projeto é de um produto que contribua para que a criança se desenvolva em seu “tempo natural” com liberdade e autonomia.

Abstract/Notes: Ancorados em bases hermenêuticas, o estudo versa sobre o método Montessori, que surge no contexto sociocultural do século XIX e rompe com alguns perfis relativos à educação, especialmente quando reclamados na contemporaneidade, com o uso das tecnologias digitais nos processos de educar. Defende-se que o autodesenvolvimento e a liberdade cooperativa da criança precisam repercutir no ambiente escolar, no sentido de fomentar a abertura sensível e plural às tecnologias, para que ela tenha garantido o desenvolvimento da inteligência cognitiva, emocional, afetiva e de sociabilidade desvelada pelas expressões artísticas e linguagens tecnológicas da formação humana. Os artefatos tecnológicos têm afetado as formas de se comunicar, pensar, agir, cooperar, alterando comportamentos, hábitos, laços de amizade e modos de conviver, transformando inclusive as formas como se efetivam as aprendizagens e as relações humanas. Entendemos, portanto, que é por meio da relação dialógica que se inicia o ato de ensinar e de aprender interativo, participativo e de (re)elaboração própria, em que há o envolvimento e a motivação para (re)conhecer interpretações diferentes, enquanto sujeitos de conhecimento, cujos gestos repercutem na história singular e plural reconstruídos ao longo das experiências culturais de interdependência no mundo.

Abstract/Notes: For many years in our kindergartens classical teacher-centered teaching has been applied. In this article we will try to study and shed light on: Was it the best method? Has this method helped the child's independence, self-realization or self-development? What about the psycho-emotional realms? It has been observed in many years of work in the preschool system, that classical methods have not properly helped the child's self-development and his achievements. The Montessori method has been applied around the world for years, "Help me do it myself" .... At its core lies the child's freedom in carrying out any activity from clothing - unclothing to scientific research. The teacher is the observer and the child chooses to perform a game or other activity based on his or her preferences or emotional state. It has been seen that the Montessori method has had a very positive impact on the development of the child. Individual work and interest are made possible thanks to educational tools created in a group that is heterogeneous in age and experience. Psychologically it is important that in a different age group there is no reason to compare. By applying Maria Montessori's method in life, adults need to understand what interests the baby, create the conditions for fuller development, and explain how the little one can learn more. But it remains to be seen how much can be achieved, how many teachers with years and years of experience can come out of their frameworks, and in addition, kindergarten education should not be limited to its walls, but requires continuing at home and a close parent-teacher collaboration.
