Abstract/Notes: Bakalářská práce Specifika řízení montessori škol se zaměřuje na rozdíly v řízení montessori škol a škol bez montessori vzdělávacího programu. Cílem práce je zjistit rozdíly v řízení montessori škol a škol bez montessori vzdělávacího programu. Tohoto cíle je dosaženo zhodnocením výsledků z dotazníkového šetření. / The bachelor's thesis Specifics of Montessori School Management focuses on the differences in the management of montessori schools and schools without a montessori educational program. Based on the literature, the theoretical part focuses on the management of the school, the school principal and the competencies that the principals have. Furthermore, the competence model of the director is described here. The third chapter characterizes the management of the pedagogical process. It specifies how to acquire and retain students. The chapter on human resources management describes recruitment, development, evaluation of employees and supervision. The next part concerns alternative education with a focus on the personality of Maria Montessori and the specifics of this pedagogical direction. The practical part deals with the methodology of data collection and describes the results of the questionnaire survey. The aim of the work is to find out the differences in the management of montessori schools and schools without a montessori educational program. This goal is achieved by evaluating the results of the questionnaire survey.

[Person-centered approaches are a model of support for older people with cognitive disorders that have been developing in recent years. Its benefits have been well documented, but the concrete implementation of its main principles sometimes remains unclear. In this context, the Montessori method adapted to the elderly constitutes one of the proposals for concrete application. It integrates the vision and the main humanist principles of the scientific pedagogy of Maria Montessori and the tools and techniques of rehabilitation. It aims to give the person back control over his life, to encourage his involvement in meaningful activities and to give him back a place and a role in the community. In this literature review, we will first approach the current of person-centered approaches in a general way, then we will present in more detail the history and principles of the Montessori method adapted to the elderly in order to propose a clear and structured vision.]

[This article attempts to give an account of the specific spatio-temporal mode of Montessori schools, which is in conflict with the traditional “school form”. These practices intend to modify the center of gravity of the activities of the school, from the teacher towards the child, and for this to release the movement of the latter. We first propose to define what a Montessori practice might be, or to define the questions and problems that such an attempt at definition raises; we then seek to describe the primary effect that this spatio-temporal mode produces in the classroom: child walkers, or nomadic children.]

[In the Italian pedagogical panorama of the twentieth century, Maria Montessori was among the most interesting female figures. She has interpreted the figure of the child with care and insight, clarifying the significant role that the environment plays in her cognitive and emotional formation and in her "absorbing" mind. The starting point of her studies was The Method of Scientific Pedagogy (1909), from which it emerged clearly that science had to study the process of formation of the child's personality in its social interaction. Montessori claimed the rights of childhood in front of the adult world, highlighting the ancient error, from a psychological and educational point of view, of making the child assume attitudes and mental habits that do not conform to her child's nature. For this purpose, the scholar organized her educational environment, that is the kindergarten, as an ideal place where the child, in full freedom of action and appropriately stimulated, could have his educational experiences. A re-reading of Maria Montessori's thought has made possible some feedbacks with current pedagogical problems that have had repercussions in contemporary Pedagogy, for example, the relationship between environment and education, the organization of the teaching-learning process, the use of procedures, of techniques and materials related to a real pedagogical intervention.]
